I would advise you to rememeber that this is an Internet forum, where there is immense disparity amongst the posters in terms of their personal faith and expereinces, and whatever comments you do receive will quite often be a reflection of an individual way of thinking.
However, saying that we do have many many knowledgable people, or those who have been in similar situations when accepting Islam who will be Insha'allah be able to shed light on your dilemma.

Islam is truly the best religion and you will realise that when you start to be a Muslim...
Every person has a religion that he/she believes in it and I really believes in Islam...
I would really advise you to read the Holly Quran where you are going to feel really good about being a muslim and you will be more convinced about Islam...
Also I will advise you to watch the program chooosing Islam where you will see lots of inspirational stories about non muslim people becoming muslims.... you can watch this show in Dubai One channel and also in YouTube on the internet
and about your question about your fiance... it's permissible for muslim men to marry a christian girl but it's not Halal for muslim girls to marry a christian man because in Islam the man has the more power and the last call in decision making in a marriage... So it's ok to marry your christian fiance and I will advise you to try to convince her about Islam too because it's the right path in life

but my advice for you is try your best to teach her about islam
