بوابة «الخدمة المدنية» تتيح تقديم طلبات التوظيف إلكترونيا

المنامة - ديوان الخدمة المدنية

دشن مدير عام التوظيف والمعلومات بديوان الخدمة الإلكترونية الشيخ خالد بن إبراهيم آل خليفة بوابة الديوان الإلكترونية صباح أمس (الثلثاء) بحضور مدير نظم المعلومات أديب حسن المطوع ومدير إدارة شئون اللوائح والإعلام إبراهيم كمال.

وقال الشيخ خالد إن تحديث وتطوير موقع الديوان الإلكتروني للبوابة الإلكترونية يأتي ضمن استراتيجية الحكومة الإلكترونية لمملكة البحرين وتماشيا مع أهداف رؤية البحرين الاقتصادية 2030م.

وأشار إلى أن البوابة الإلكترونية تتضمن العديد من المعلومات والخدمات المهمة للمستفيدين والزوار وتتماشى مع المعايير الدولية من حيث التصميم وسهولة الحصول على المعلومات حيث تحتوي على رؤية ورسالة واستراتيجية ديوان الخدمة المدنية.

وبين أنه يمكن الآن الإعلان عن الوظائف الشاغرة وتقديم طلبات التوظيف بشكل إلكتروني من خلال البوابة ما يتيح الفرصة للمتقدمين بطلبات التوظيف متابعة وتحديث بياناتهم بشكل إلكتروني.

من جهته، صرح مدير نظم المعلومات بديوان الخدمة المدنية أديب حسن المطوع بأن البوابة الإلكترونية الجديدة لديوان الخدمة المدنية، ستساهم في زيادة الاستفادة من الأنظمة والبرامج التطبيقية التي يتم أستخدامها في وزارات الدولة المختلفة، كما أن الفوائد التي ستعود على الموظفين باستخدامهم البوابة الإلكترونية هي: تغيير الرمز السري من دون الرجوع إلى ديوان الخدمة المدنية لكل الأنظمة، وتوحيد الرمز السري للدخول على الأنظمة والبرامج الخاصة بالخدمة المدنية (مثل نظام المعلومات الإدارية للموارد البشرية (HoRISon)، نظام المسح الضوئي للوثائق، الخدمة الذاتية للإجازات والتقييم الوظيفي)، وحصول الموظف على كشف الراتب إلكترونيا.

وأضاف «كما أنه سيتم إعطاء الصلاحيات للوزارات بشكل تدريجي، وسيتم التركيز على الوزارات التي ستستخدم نظام الخدمة الذاتية للإجازات والتقييم الوظيفي لتسهيل عملية استخدام البرنامج».

«العمل» توافق على خطة «تأهيل وتوظيف الخريجين الجامعيين»

وافقت لجنة تأهيل وتوظيف الخريجين الجامعيين في اجتماعها الأول الذي عُقد الأحد الماضي برئاسة وزير العمل مجيد العلوي، على خطة عمل تأهيل وتوظيف الخريجين الجامعيين التي أعدتها وزارة العمل وعلى اللائحة الإدارية والمالية للمشروع، وذلك بعد أن تمت مناقشة حجم وأبعاد ظاهرة التعطل بين أوساط الجامعيين وأسبابها والحلول المقترحة لمعالجتها، فضلا عن تحديد التصورات المتعلقة بمحاور الخطة وموازنتها المقترحة الاقتصادية.

وبحثت اللجنة بصورة مفصلة اللائحة الإدارية والمالية للمشروع والإجراءات التي سيتم اتخاذها بموجب الأنظمة المالية والإدارية المعمول بها لضمان أفضل أساليب الرقابة المالية وحسن الأداء الإداري والمالي للمشروع.

جاء الاجتماع على ضوء القرار رقم (2) لسنة 2009 الصادر عن ولي العهد نائب القائد الأعلى رئيس مجلس إدارة التنمية سمو الشيخ سلمان بن حمد آل خليفة.

وصرّح وزير العمل مجيد العلوي رئيس اللجنة بأن «هذا المشروع الوطني الكبير يأتي ترجمة لتوجيهات عاهل البلاد جلالة الملك حمد بن عيسى آل خليفة المفدى، ورئيس الوزراء صاحب السمو الشيخ خليفة بن سلمان آل خليفة، ومتابعة ودعم شخصي مباشر من ولي العهد نائب القائد الأعلى رئيس مجلس إدارة التنمية الاقتصادية سمو الشيخ سلمان بن حمد آل خليفة، ويستهدف التصدي بصورة غير مسبوقة لظاهرة التعطل بين أوساط خريجي الجامعات الذين بدأ عددهم بالزيادة في الفترة الأخيرة واقتضت التدخل وتسخير كل الإمكانيات المتوافرة للتصدي لها ولمعالجتها على أسس عملية ومدروسة.

وأشاد العلوي بتعاون صندوق العمل (تمكين) باعتباره شريكا أساسيا لوزارة العمل في تنفيذ هذا المشروع وخاصة من خلال قيامه بالمساهمة الفاعلة في تغطية الجزء الأكبر من موازنة المشروع ومشاركته في توفير متطلبات نجاحه وتحقيق أهدافه.

ومن المقرر أن يقوم وزير العمل رئيس لجنة تأهيل وتوظيف الخريجين الجامعيين بتقديم تقرير لولي العهد عن خطة تأهيل وتوظيف الخريجين الجامعيين واكتمال مراحل الإعداد والتحضير للمشروع تمهيدا لتحديد موعد تدشين المشروع وبدء مراحل تنفيذه خلال الأيام المقبلة.
يذكر أن اللجنة تضم في عضويتها من جانب وزارة العمل وكيل وزارة العمل جميل محمد علي حميدان، والوكيل المساعد لشئون العمل صباح سالم الدوسري، والوكيل المساعد للتدريب رضا أحمد حبيل، ومن جانب صندوق العمل الرئيس التنفيذي عبدالإله إبراهيم القاسمي، ونائب الرئيس التنفيذي لتنمية المؤسسات والثروة البشرية أحمد عبد الغني الشيخ، ومدير إدارة تنمية الثروة البشرية عبدالمنعم عقيل الشيخ.
