انا اجهضت مرتين بالمره الاخيره طلب مني الدكتور تحليل الجنين
وكان التحليل كالتالي


Gross pathology
Multiple soft spongy and membranous grayish white pieces of tissue 3*3*3 cm . collectively


Histology
Sections showed sheets of degenerated deciduas with plump a vesicular nuclei,
Ample bright eosinophilic cytoplasm and indistinct cell borders.
Widely scattered immature degenerated first trimesteric villi with fibrovascular cores but with no trophoblastic atypia or proliferation


Diagnosis
Retained degenerated products of conception.
