المفردات التالية جميعها تعني الاحباط والاكتئاب ولكن يوجد تفاوت في حدتها .

UPSET (adj/verb/noun
emotionally stressed; disordered, disrupted; unwell / to induce such stress, etc. / the state of being stressed, etc. [generally mild in potency unless modified]

plunge= تحريك شيء للاسفل او رميه فجأة للامام او للاسفل.
