Actually I spent two years studying English in program belong to the company I am working in. During that time I was really depending on myself in everything such as my homework, studying for test, etc. but now all of these things gone. Now for example, I can’t write even small response in correct way, I can’t talk with confidence with all Expatriate people here in my work. Also, I feel that I never studied English before. try reading more books within your field to learn more of the professional vocabulary that you might need in your work environment
Writting professionally could be obtained in a simple course or a book. If you're into business then a business communications workshop would help you gain the professionalism you are seeking
and about the confidence, honey nobody learns a language without learning!
just ask one of those expats to say a couple of arabic words and you'd understand what im talking about!

Regarding the business vocab it isn't that easy to learn them
we could write you a huge list but you wont remember any unless yo actually use them
I highly recommend a business communications workshop
