This is a fabulous idea and a golden opportunity for others to learn English and at the same time getting to know one another,.
I will talk a little bit about myself; I’m a business student in Toronto –Canada (Business Admin),I’m 26 , Oh God - hate talking about my age … anyways . Life in Canada sucks, everything is different from what I’m used to but what to do, I have to struggle. Currently not working, just focusing on my studies. I’m on my march break ….yuppieeeee.. Just relaxing and hanging out with my girlfriends, going to the malls and ice skating.. its winter but almost done. Nothing more to talk .. see ya later

well , im originally from Yemen but born and lived in saudia arabia.
wallah im serious , toronto sucks , i hate it , you know why ?? because im far from my beloved ones, my mommy and sisters. the other thing is that people here live a free life style , away from religion and thats what i hate about , but in terms of enjoyment , well there are plenty of places to go and enjoy yourself.

I have an idea here for you all... As long as we're chatting to improve our English, I thought that we could add a little spice in doing so…

My idea is to start a Book Club... not necessarily a book but any topic we happen upon...We make a deal that each one of us reads what we agreed on, then on a specific time we discuss it... I think that way we'll benefit on both sides, improving our English and gaining more knowledge…

It's also a way to get the girls starting, and involve them in something that will make them talk and interact!!!
