My MAHAR was only 10 derhams and I still havnt got them. BUT my husbands brothers wife asked for a lot of money, my husband paid for them and even now they love her more and buy her lots of stuff. Wlhile my own husband doesnt care for me as much as he cares for her. SUBHAALLA

it depends on people some people like ladies with low mahar and some others look at the women like a piece of jewellary the more expensive it is the more they like it and care for it. Unfortunately my husbands family is like that.
