Due to the fact that I love teachers so much & I so much appreciate their great efforts in providing the world with clever intellectual smart and creative students …..in addition to the happiness which I deeply felt when you opened this lovely cafe ….and out of my desire to participate ….To add something special to this cafe….some thing that could be remembered…..Here I am most delighted to present a frame to be hanged on the walls of the café ….It is simple yet it embraces sweet words which were written specially for Teachers….

As a sort of appreciation to the efforts they exert every day…..A frame from A hardworking Translator …..would you , teachers, give me the honor of accepting it as a part of the decoration of your wonderful café.

Then , I think that you, The active teachers of our lovely forum , deserve to be venerated ….that is why I am bringing you this humble group of photo frames for which you have to allocate a special corner ……So that every guest could have the opportunity to view those sweet sugar Teachers that we have in our Forum…..I hope you find it nice…..

Eye control at class is very necessary But , I think that's not enough sometimes especially with the rude students and they need something else to put them under control .. for example, I use all the techniques for that such as the body language so that I ask him/her to stop making noise or warning directly that who cause that interruption of the lesson sometimes I use some kinds of punishment
Concerning, The techniques that are mentioned in the report I use all of them and they're workable. I never start my lesson before the noise's stopped even the time is over

In my first years of teaching I used to be a very nervous teacher that I used to shout in the students faces for trivial mistakes…. I've my experience by myself nobody guided me … In fact, I suffered because I was a new teacher with very no experience . Now, I 'm a new one … A stronger teacher full of patience, creative and with more best experience

I'm treating my students in different ways that's depends on the character of each student

Well !!!! "While trying to cope with a difficult classroom situation that seems like hell, stop and take a few seconds of time out" I completely agree

I never start my lesson before my student stop making noise and if they do it while I'm explaining the lesson I stop it till they calm down , try it that is useful in all the levels when the time of the lesson getting shorter they understand that their noise is in the wrong time … If they don't stop making the noise I've another strategy and my students never like it

When I feel that stopping the lesson is not workable

I asked the noisiest student to go to the board and I order to explain the lesson

I give him/ her the pen, brush, book if possible and I told him her that he she is the teacher because I suppose that he she is explaining the lesson

And I go to her his place to sit down and asked his colleagues to copy the lesson that he she normally explain

No one of my students like this strategy and that class never make noise again during the whole year

Because in my point of view , two teachers never explain the lesson in one class at the same time????

And my students never making noise they just explaining the lesson to each other
