The last few days
I leaved a bad days and I really suffered Because
My colleagues talked badly behind each others
They don't talked to me but that happen infront of me
The others as well as didi the same
that made me
feel the worst feeling
But I decided to stop them
all of them
I did it Greenoo
Some of them
treat me badly
But
few days ago
everything is ok
each of the knew his/her falts

sweety when I tried to stop somebody from crossing the bad talking to one of our colleagues she said I only uttered mistakenly what they said about her but if I was truly a mean person I would passed all of the terrible words and speeches that they all said behind ur back,greeno

And at that moment I was & I am still really shocked and regretful that I tried to stop her
!!
Coz she torned out every pretty portrait of my dearest collegues
!!

They couldn't say a word because they talked about anothr collegue really badly
and they said they're right
But
I made my speech with them ver short
so they knew at last that I'm not joking when I stop them
they beg pardon and they give me the right for that
and they said that they're wrong and they've to get away of this bad and horibbbbbble behavor

We can say that both of us got an entirely different feedback : me I was asked not to interfere====>

I believe if I need to critisize someone or say anything it's better to do it face to face
i find it really sick and unrespectful for someone's own to talk about others behind their back
life needs self respect as well as respecting others

about talking about each other,i think its avery bad habet but i wounders why are we doing that?is it because of heatness?? i dont think so
i gess that we try to full our time by talking about other people
here in USA i dont see that alot like in arab world
i think that because peopels here dont have much time to talk
they are always besy

and i've noticed that people don't put their nose in your life as we do
i guess that this happens because we have much more freetime. as Asheqaa 81 said
and for criticising others there are different ways and styles, each depends on the situation and the person you're talking to
criticising is not for giving advice only, but also to stop others where they should stop
