hi everybody ana awal marra bsharek because i have a problem in my computer and i want to formate it but i dont know how .and after i formate it what should i do . please help me because the virus is attaching alla my computer.

اختي قبل الفورمات
في طريقة تقدري ترجعي لورى كم يوم اذا جهازك كان مافي اي مشاكل
الجهاز يخزن نسخة من الوندوز سواء فيها مشاكل او بدون مشاكل
انتي تابعي الخطوات
والتاريخ اللي جهازك كان شغال تمام ومافي مشاكل تقدري تسترجعي النظام منه
تابعي هالرابط في شرح كيف ترجعي نسخة قديمة من نظامك
الخطوات بتكون في اول الموضوع

thank u for trieing to help me but the problem is that i cant go back to an old date of windows because of the system restore its not working so please if there is another way .

صراحه ما اعرف حجم الضرر اللي بجهازك
بس جربي تشغلي الجهاز على الوضع الامن safe mode
اول ما تشغلي الجهاز عند اول شاشه تظهر لك اللي هي تكون شركة الجهاز مثلا التوشيبا
يعني لا تنتظري كلمة الوندوز تطلع
ضغطي f8 تمي ضاغطه لين تطلع شاشة سودا فيها خيارات الوضع الامن
جربي تشغلي برنامج فيروسات وتسوي سكان
بس جربي تشغلي الجهاز على الوضع الامن safe mode

umm well why don't you take it to the computer Shop and try to tell them ............ coz formating your computer by your own is so difficult and sensitive job any mistake will destroy your computer ........... formating it by your
self as what i know is by using formatind CD but it's expensive ........... i dnt know about you there in
Sweden
Before you format you computer move all of your file's to the local Disk
open my computer then Local Disk D
coz if you didn't after you format all of your files will be deleted
