A family will be happy by following the Islam's instructions, There no even single matter which the Islam did not point to it.
If the Husband respects his wife and the wife follows husband , and if both of them give the love and care to the children , and the childrens respects the parents this is a happy family.

So all these rules we can find in our religion.
