I think it's true to some extent.. and only on certain conditions ..

yes , i read the paragraph without any difficulties at all..

BUT

if i were not good in english or if i were not a fast reader i would not be able to read the paragraph..

so if anyone is dyslexic for example.. it wont work..

for a person who does not know english well.. it might not work..

and sometimes some words begin and end with the same letters but they are totally different words..

so i say it sometimes works.. and sometimes doesnt..

but maybe it often does.. especially if we write only a few words from every paragraph in that way..

well i think its true coz i do the same , i never read single letters just the whole word but some times i notice the spelling errors but at the end i know what the word means ,
You know , for me english is not a big deal and as a very fast reader it doesnt give me any problem but for slow readers the situation can go badly i hope you guys get what i mean.
