3 secrets for radiant Make-up:

1st secret: The first step to great make-up is foundation. Always ensure the skin is prepared with an appropriate day cream or Clarins acclaimed Beauty Flash Balm. Then place a small amount of foundation onto the fingertips of one hand, warm between the fingertips of both hands and apply to the skin using large sweeping movements working from the centre of the face outwards and blending well at the jawline. To increase the staying power of eye make-up and lipcolour, always remember to apply foundation over the eye contour area and lips.

2nd secret: To ensure that foundation is long–lasting, maintains a matte appearance and the colour stays true, set with a light dusting of translucent loose powder. Using Clarins Face Powder lightly press over the entire face with the powder puff. Do not smooth powder over the skin, as this will only drag and lift foundation.

3rd secret: To prevent lipstick bleeding, outline your lips with Clarins Lipliner Pencil, soften the pencil line by brushing inwards using the lip brush and then apply lip colour with the lip brush. To set lipcolour, blot with a tissue and apply a second coat of lipstick. For an ultra smooth application apply Extra-Firming Age-Control Lip & Contour as a base.
