السلام عليكم يا اخواتي ...اليوم حبيت ابداء معاكم بعض الاخطاء اللتي نقع فيها عند كتابه
جمله باللغة الانجليزيه وهي الجمله الطويلة جداااااا واللي يجعل من الكتابه غير اكاديميه
وتؤدي الي انقاص درجات صاحبها..بسم الله نبداء
IN ENglish , the period is usually used to mark the end of a statement but the comma is never is. the use of a comma instead of a period a comma splice . Also, every sentence must have an end mark(period, semicolon, question mark, or exclamation point) . If it does not, this is a problem with fusion. Comma splices and fused sentences are both examples of run - on sentences.
Exsample
A physical change never changes the composition of a pure substance, a chemical change dose. (comma splice)
Breaking chalk into two pieces is a physical change there is no change in the composition of the chalk. (fusion)
Rules for correcting Run - On Sentences
To correct run- on sentences , do the following
1- Put a period at the end of the first sentences and capitlizedthe first word of the next word.

2- Combine the sentences with a coordinationg conjunction( for, and , nor, but, yet, or so) or a semicolon (; ) to make a compound sentence. Punctuate and capitalize correcltly.
