Black and Green Olive
some people think that green and black olive are picked from different trees..
however
the fact is that it can be picked from the same tree ..
the difference is that the green one is not ripe as black olive and that makes the differences between them at the level of the colour and its benefits..
the black olive has less water and more oil than the green olive so it has more calories that is why the black olive is more beneficial..
Both the black and green olive considered as good sources for Vitamin E and C it also has Keratin which is useful for the heath of nails and hair..
